Withdrawal from the contract
If:
A) you are a consumer
or
B) you are a natural person and the contract you concluded with us after December 31, 2020 is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature for you
– as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal, e.g. via e-mail sent to: knivesbypabis@handmade.int.pl
Please return the item to the following address without undue delay: ul. Nidecka 48, 34-122 Wieprz, but no later than within 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and free from signs of use. Personalized products are not eligible for return.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
- for contracts in which we deliver goods and are obliged to transfer ownership – from the moment you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, and in the case of contracts involving multiple items delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from the moment you or a third party take possession of the last item, batch or part.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs under the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions, without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply, among others, to contracts:
- where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item made according to your specifications or serving your individual needs;
- where the subject of the service is an item liable to deteriorate rapidly or with a short shelf life;
- where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- where the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints
If a product purchased from us turns out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint under warranty. The complaint is best submitted via e-mail to: knivesbypabis@handmade.int.pl or by post to: ul. Nidecka 48, 34-122 Wieprz.
If you are not a consumer, our liability towards you, within the limits permitted by law, is limited to the value of your order and lasts for one year from the date of delivery. The provisions below apply to consumers.
The defective product should be sent to: ul. Nidecka 48, 34-122 Wieprz
In connection with the defect, you may request:
- replacement of the item with one free from defects,
- repair of the defect,
or submit a statement requesting:
- a price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a significant defect.
We are liable for defects found within two years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
Your complaint will be processed (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
