80CrV2 STEEL BLADE

The knife features a classic rising blade profile with a flat grind, making it highly versatile in use. This design performs well both for camp tasks and heavier field work.

The blade is made from 80CrV2 tool steel with a thickness of 5 mm, characterized by very high impact toughness and good resistance to dulling. Thanks to alloying elements such as vanadium and molybdenum, the steel maintains edge retention even during intensive use.

Its composition is similar to American 1066 steel, but thanks to alloying additions it offers improved performance.

The blade is heat-treated to 58–60 HRC, and the high grind makes the knife a very good balance between durability and edge retention. As a result, the construction is solid yet relatively lightweight – the knife weighs approximately 400 g.

AVAILABLE BLADE FINISHES

Acid Stonewash
A finish designed for users who use their knives intensively. The surface effectively masks signs of wear. We recommend maintenance using PRUCIAK PROTECTOR or other protective agents.

Black coating
A durable protective coating that gives the knife an elegant look while limiting oxygen access to the steel. This increases the blade’s resistance to environmental conditions.

Each coating may naturally wear over time depending on usage.

HANDLE

The handle is built in a full-tang construction, significantly increasing the overall strength of the knife.

The handle scales are made from durable G10 composite. This material is resistant to moisture, temperature changes, most solvents and acids, and offers excellent resistance to mechanical damage.

The scales fit tightly to the knife construction and are secured with black screws, ensuring stability and durability during intensive use.

SHEATH

The knife comes with a durable ABS Kydex-type sheath that allows multiple mounting options:

• belt carry
• PALS system
• holes compatible with Tek-Lok mounting (available in our store)

WARRANTY

Our knives are covered by a 24-month warranty. The warranty protects against material and manufacturing defects and applies to both the knife and the sheath or pouch.

If a product covered by the warranty is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new one at our discretion. The warranty applies only to original, unaltered, and unmodified items.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, normal wear, or natural discoloration resulting from use.

USAGE GUIDELINES

Remember! All our knives are very sharp. Handle them with care.

• Do not use the knife for tasks outside its intended purpose.
• Do not use the knife as a can opener, screwdriver, hammer, chisel, or pry bar.
• After contact with salt water, blood, fruit, or other corrosive substances, rinse the knife with running water and dry it thoroughly.
• Do not clean the knife with harsh chemicals or in a dishwasher.
• If you do not plan to use the knife for an extended period, protect it with a thin layer of high-quality firearm maintenance oil or knife oil or wax.
• We recommend storing the knife and sheath clean and dry.
• Maintain regular sharpening to keep the knife ready for use.
